How we verify every player, coach, scout and club
Trust is the foundation of Goaliano. Before anyone — a player, a coach, a scout or a club — becomes part of our community, they go through a clear verification process. Here is exactly how it works.
Stage 1 — Submit and scan
Every individual or organization joining Goaliano submits official identity or registration documents through a secure, encrypted process. Our system captures and scans the submission the moment it arrives — nothing is stored insecurely, and nothing is shared beyond what verification requires. A child is never asked for a document or a biometric: a minor's place rests on their guardian's verified identity and signed consent.
Stage 2 — Automated checks, human review
Automated checks cross-reference the submitted information for authenticity and consistency. Any case that needs a closer look is escalated to a trained human reviewer — because some judgment calls should never be left to a machine alone. A coaching badge, a scouting licence or a company registration is always read by a person.
Stage 3 — Confirmed and protected
Once verified, a player, coach, scout or club receives a clear verification badge on their profile. Verification is not a one-time gate — we continue to protect the integrity of every account for as long as it is part of Goaliano.
Why it matters
Protecting our users' safety and privacy is one of our highest priorities, not an afterthought. Verification keeps Goaliano a clean, trustworthy community — for the young athletes who use it, the families who support them and the professionals who evaluate them.
