Every criterion names the clip and the measurement it comes from. Most criteria are measured directly from your footage by the same code for every player; qualities video cannot evidence — vision, composure, leadership — are judged by the reviewer panel, and where a measurement is not yet reliable the criterion is left unscored rather than given an invented score. Every membership evaluation shows the full framework. Every criterion combines machine measurement with human judgement — neither side decides alone.
