1. Who we are

Goaliano is operated by K&K Innovation Solutions Ltd (UK company no. 17094329). By using Goaliano you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 to hold an account. Users aged 13–17 require verified parental or guardian consent before uploading videos, receiving an evaluation, or being visible to scouts (see Goaliano Safe).

3. Evaluations

Evaluations combine AI analysis (60%) and human review (40%) across up to 822 criteria. Scores and grades are opinions for development and discovery purposes and are not guarantees of selection or contracts.

4. Payments

Prices are shown before purchase and charged in USD. Evaluations are delivered digitally; refund terms are described at checkout.

5. Dual-purpose video consent

When you upload match/skills videos, you consent to two purposes: (a) producing your evaluation, and (b) improving Goaliano's AI models. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time; see the Privacy Policy for retention and anonymisation.

6. Acceptable use

Upload only footage you have the right to share. No impersonation, no fraudulent identities, and no content that violates others' rights or child-safety rules.

7. Liability

Goaliano is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, K&K Innovation Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
