How it works for a coach

  1. Verify your identity and licence

    Identity is checked automatically; your coaching licence is reviewed by a person, because an ID check cannot confirm a badge. Licences lapse, and we track the date.

  2. Subscribe

    One plan, below, from the same catalogue the checkout reads. It carries your evaluations and the number of players you can manage.

  3. Add your players

    Add the players you work with. Each one confirms the link — nobody appears on a coach's list without agreeing to it.

  4. Follow their evaluations

    Request an evaluation for a player against your allowance, and see every report and score of the players you coach without asking them to forward anything.

  5. Be findable

    Appear in the public directory with your federation, licence level and specialities, so a player or a parent can find someone qualified near them.

Frequently asked questions

Why do you need to verify my identity?

Because everyone else here is relying on it. A club receiving a report, a parent handing over their child's video, a player being contacted by a scout — each is trusting that the account on the other side belongs to a real, identified person or organisation. That is why verification is required rather than optional, and why it differs by role: organisations are verified as businesses, coaches and scouts also have their licences reviewed by a person, and a minor is never asked for a document or a biometric — their identity rests on their guardian's verified identity and signed consent. The checks are being introduced role by role; club verification is already in place.

How long does an evaluation take?

Results are released 14 days after your evaluation completes, combining automated analysis with human review. You will see a countdown, and we email you the moment it unlocks.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Credentials are hashed, data is encrypted in transit, and you can export or erase your data at any time.
