Delete your Goaliano account
How to delete your Goaliano account, in the app or on the website, and what happens to your data. Goaliano (the website and the Goaliano app for Android) is built and operated by K&K Innovation Solutions Ltd.
In the Goaliano app
- Open the Goaliano app and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your request is recorded and the 30-day grace period starts.
On the website, without the app
- Sign in at goaliano.com.
- Open Settings and go to the Delete account section.
- Confirm the request. During the grace period you can cancel it on the same page.
If you cannot sign in
Write to support@goaliano.com from the email address on the account, and we will start the same deletion for you.
What happens next
Deletion starts with a 30-day grace period, in which you can cancel it from your settings. When the grace period ends, your account is closed and your personal data is erased within 30 days. If you manage a child's profile, the profiles you manage are deleted with your account.
What is deleted
- Your account, profile, scores, reports and certificates.
- Your uploaded footage, photos and documents.
- Your sign-in details, sessions, two-step verification settings and notifications.
- Your saved delivery addresses.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment, invoice and refund records: 7 years from the transaction, as UK company and tax law require, reduced to what those laws need.
- Records of automated decisions and of appeals: 7 years.
- Security and activity logs: 2 years.
- Help-assistant conversations: 12 months.
- Guardian consent records, and decisions on requests to see a player: permanently, so that a later question about consent or disclosure can still be answered.
