Sharpen your first touch
- Wall taps — two-touch against a wall, both feet.
- Trap & settle — kill the ball dead in one touch, 20 reps.
- Juggling ladders — add one juggle each day.
- Receive & turn — open your body before the ball arrives.
- First-time passing — no second touch allowed.
